The month of September heralds a shift in consciousness; not only does it signal a change of seasons, but for many of us, it’s a call to action: time to buckle down, get back to school, and instill a sense of order that we shrugged off during summer’s languid days. Luckily, September is also Yoga Month, a celebration of yogic practices that reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply and be present as the world demands we jump back in and propel ourselves forward.
This September, we’re celebrating Yoga Month by highlighting some of our favorite yogis. From being luminous spirits to incredible teachers, this group of women not only share our passion for practicing yoga, but are improving the world around them, one breath at a time. Get to know our favorite yogis, and get inspired for Yoga Month!
