RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Satya Jewelry gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date.

Returns must post marked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 business days for return to be processed

To initiate a return, Please visit our RETURNS CENTER . A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please ensure your return is securely packaged in a sturdy box to protect the item during transit. Returns sent in envelopes or inadequately packaged, resulting in damage, will not be eligible for a refund.

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE FINAL SALE AND NON REFUNDABLE. 

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at Satya Jewelry store locations.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
