RETURN POLICY

Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff while processing your returns which has caused delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Satya Jewelry gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage free items within 30 days from order date.

Returns must post marked within 30 days of original order date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed.

To initiate a return, Please visit our return portal by clicking here: RETURNS CENTER  . A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. GIFT BOXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned at Satya Jewelry store locations.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
